Representatives from over 100 travel agencies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) went to Guidong County to conduct on-site inspections on March 28. Through on-site visits, discussions and special promotions, they deeply learned about Guidong’s ecological and cultural resources, laying a solid foundation for deepening regional cooperation and expanding cross-provincial tourism routes.
They visited the tourist center, Muyuntai, Yunhai Homestay, and space capsules in Wanyang Mountain Scenic Area, listening to the tour guide's introduction of the scenic area's overview, core features, business layout, and climate advantages. Members immersed themselves in the beautiful scenery of Mount Wanyang while recording what they saw and heard along the way.

At the Muyuntai Cloud Coffee Shop, the scenic area manager and representatives from travel agencies sat together for exchanges. They conducted in-depth discussions on key issues such as optimizing transportation routes, upgrading tourism experience, and innovating cooperation models.

During the inspection, they also watched the magnificent sea of clouds in Wanyang Mountain, experienced the traditional skills of handcrafted tea, and appreciated the ecological beauty, cultural heritage charm of the scenic area.
At the wellness tourism promotion meeting, the attending guests gained a comprehensive understanding of the Red culture, high-quality ecological resources, diversified wellness business models and the all-for-one tourism development pattern of Guidong county through watching promotional videos and listening to on-site explanations. This further strengthened their confidence in cooperation.

“In Wanyang Mountain, we were deeply impressed by the unique charm of this world-class wellness resort, and the integration of the vast grassland and the beautiful mountains. We will definitely introduce the tourism products of Guidong and Wanyang Mountain and promote them to the citizens of GBA, so that more people can come to Wanyang Mountain,” said Wu Xinmin, vice president of the Shenzhen Travel Agents Association.

This activity has effectively established a platform for cultural and tourism exchanges between Guidong County and the GBA. In the future, both sides will take this visit as an opportunity to strengthen resource integration and market collaboration, promote the launch of more distinctive tourism products, and help the tourism industry of Guidong enter a broader market.
