“The project is scheduled to be completed and open to traffic in March 2026,” said a head of the project. The Baiyunxian tourist road is 7.674 kilometers long, with a total investment of approximately 12 million yuan. It is designed as a Class I fourth-grade highway. This road will connect the S564 provincial road at the foot of the mountain with the Baimuxian Wind Farm Substation on the mountaintop, completely solving the problem for tourists to reach the mountaintop.

After the highway is opened to traffic, the high mountain tourism resources will be better linked with the hot spring resources below, promoting the formation of a new tourism pattern in Rucheng.

At that time, tourists can enjoy clouds on the mountain during the day, and go down the mountain to soak in hot springs at night, gaining a richer tourism experience in Rucheng.
