The flight route linking Chongqing, Chenzhou and Xiamen was launched at Beihu Airport of Chenzhou City on October 26.
This new route is an important measure for Chenzhou to continuously improve its comprehensive transportation system and enhance its level of openness to the outside world, which will inject new impetus into the development of local cultural and tourism economy.
At 13:15 on the same day, the flight PN6292 operated by West Air landed smoothly at Beihu Airport. It will further expand the aviation connection between Chenzhou and the southwest and southeast regions, and help promote regional economic and trade exchanges and tourism development.
This route is scheduled to operate every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, connecting the magical landscapes of Chongqing, the cultural heritage and natural scenery in Chenzhou and the romantic coastal charm of Xiamen, providing passengers with more diverse travel options.
Beihu Airport officially implemented the new winter and spring flight season on the same day. It will cooperate with four airlines to jointly run five round-trip routes, connecting seven domestic destinations including Beijing Daxing, Shanghai Pudong, Xi’an, Haikou and Xiamen.
