The bus departs from West High-speed Railway Station, passes Zenghu Road, Yuezhong Road, Xingcheng Road, Wanhua Road, Chongkou Road, Chuandong Road, Minquan Road, Jiuzitang Road, Lishushan Road, Bashang Road, Chenjiang Road, Chenzhou Avenue, Xiangnan University, Houying Avenue, Huandonghu Road, and ends at Guanshan Road Bus Terminal (Chenzhou Changjuan)

The return bus leaves from Guanshan Road Bus Terminal, passes Guanshan Road Bus Terminal (Changjuan), Huandonghu Road, Houying Avenue, Xiangnan University, Chenzhou Avenue, Suoshi Road, Ailian Road, Chenjiang Road, Bashang Road, Lishushan Road, Jiuzitang Road, Minquan Road, Chuandong Road, Chongkou Road, Wanhua Road, Xingcheng Road, Yuezhong Road, Zenghu Road, and arrives at West High-speed Railway Station.

Due to the construction of the culvert of Suoshi Road, the travel route during the construction period has been adjusted to: Guanshan Road Bus Terminal (Changjuan), Huandonghu Road, Houying Avenue, Xiangnan College, Chenzhou Avenue, South Guoqing Road, Lishushan Road, Jiuzitang Road, Minquan Road, Chuandong Road, Chongkou Road, Wanhua Road, Xingcheng Road, Yuezhong Road, Zenghu Road, High-speed Railway West Station.

The bus runs from Guanshan Road Bus Terminal to High-speed Railway West Station from 6: 40 to 18:33.

The specific driving routes of Bus No.38 and No.39 are as follows:

The Bus No. 38: the first and last buses operates between 6:40 and 19:00.

Get off at Changjuan Middle Road and Changjuan South Road around Donghu, and you will arrive at Changjuan in Chenzhou.

The Bus No. 39: the first and last buses operates between 6:10 and 21:35.

Get off at Changjuan Middle Road and Changjuan South Road around Donghu, Guanshan Road and Houying Avenue, and walk 500 meters south to reach Changjuan in Chenzhou.

This newly added direct bus route to Changjuan connects the commercial and economic circles of high-speed rail, Wuling, Longquan, Lishushan, Ailianhu, and Chengdong, which will greatly enrich the travel options for local people.
