Guidong Lilo Tea

Lilo Tea is made from the tender buds of tea trees on the Bamian Mountain in Guidong County, with tight, fine, and curly strips, high-purity and long-lasting aroma, green and bright soup, as well as mellow and fresh taste. It is a kind of high-end green tea.

It won the gold medal at the first China Food Expo in 1998, the first Excellent New Product Award in China’s food industry in 1991, and the gold medal at the first “Xiangcha Cup” Famous and High-quality Tea Competition and the gold medal at the fifth Asia-Pacific International Trade Expo in 1994.

Lilo tea is planted at 16 townships of Guidong County, Chenzhou City as well as part of Bamianshan Nature Reserve under the jurisdiction of Guidong County.
