Construction of Chenzhou Yuanhengjia Education Park in full swing

The project of Chenzhou Yuanhengjia Education Park is a key construction project of Chenzhou City. It is also the sub-venue of the 2022 Chenzhou Tourism Development Conference in Beihu District and the main venue of the 2022 Beihu District Tourism Development Conference.

On the theme of “education + cultural tourism + sports”, the project will create an educational complex integrating “food, accommodation, tourism, sports, education, health care, trade, shopping and affection”.

There are four sub-projects, namely a subject experimental park for career planning, an educational equipment industrial park, a practice park for life education and health, and a rainbow parent-child experience park. The total area of the project is 450 mu (30 hectares), with a total construction area of 54,000 square meters and a total investment of 500 million yuan.

On the construction site, workers are stepping up construction. In the first phase of the project, 11,000 square meters of educational experience venue and multi-functional exhibition hall will be built. The overall quality improvement and renovation of the former Green Heart Children’s Township project will also be completed.

The goal is to complete the construction and renovation before the Tourism Development Conference to be held on September 16.

Zhong Dong, the project leader of Chenzhou Yuanhengjia Education Park, told that 50% of the main project has been completed at present. The No.1 and No.2 buildings have been capped.

It is ready to start interior decoration as well as hardening and greening of the outdoor ground next week, with construction carried out simultaneously. The hardening of the education park and the plaza on the No. 6 site has been completed.

In order to speed up the project, about 150 people are currently working from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., working overtime to ensure the successful completion of the project with quality and quantity.

Relying on the educational background of Yuanhengjia Education Group, Yuanhengjia Education Park reconstructs the new ecology of quality-oriented education in the form of “student practice, parent-child activities and team building activities”.

It aims to build a domestic leading quality education base for the youth that integrates “career planning, study and research, lively education and ecological experience”. It will be developed into a national “green business card” and “urban education park” by creating the first educational line park in Hunan Province for ecological education, practical training expansion and scientific research innovation.

Based on the one-hour economic circle, the project is oriented to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with influence exerted on the whole country. It can attract more than 150,000 students and tourists every year, with an estimated annual income of 200 million yuan.
