8th Dongjiang Lake Tsingtao Beer Festival opens

On the evening of August 19, the 8th Dongjiang Lake Tsingtao Beer Festival was opened in Dongjiang Culture Square of Zixing City, Chenzhou. It attracted more than 80,000 tourists and citizens and strongly drove the development of nighttime economy.

The festival lasts for 5 days, and various theme activities including electric music festival, the 2nd Hunan Youth Band Selection Competition Zixing City Competition and national talent show will be held.

During the festival, the city also launched the event of travelling to Dongjiang Lake and drinking Tsingtao Beer free of charge, Dongjiang Lake Food Week and Zixing Homestay Inns Festival. And tourists will enjoy a discount of 20% in catering and accommodation.

The festival is one of the serial activities held by Zixing City to welcome the 2022 Chenzhou Tourism Development Conference. And the series of activities held by Zixing will last until late September, including 8th Tsingtao Beer Festival, 2022 China NEVs Rally Championships and Promotion Meeting for Zixing’s Cultural Tourism Development.

A series of wonderful cultural and tourism activities will comprehensively demonstrate the new business forms, new appearance and new opportunities of Zixing’s tourism development.
