Deng Liqun’s Former Residence is located in Liuyuan Village, Zhaiqian Town of Guidong County.
Deng Liqun (1915.11-2015.2) joined the revolution in 1935. He joined the Chinese Communist Youth League and the Communist Party of China in 1936. He took the job of the peaceful liberation of Xinjiang in 1949 as a special commissioner.
He was elected a member of the CPC Central Committee at the 12th CPC National Congress, Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee at the 1st plenary session of the 12th CPC Central Committee, and a member of the Central Advisory Committee at the 13th CPC National Congress. After 1990, he served as the deputy head of the leading group of the party history work of the CPC Central Committee.
