The old saying that “Though I walk thousands of miles away, I still miss Qifengdu.” has been passed down for thousands of years, which not only shows Qifengdu is a good place, but also praises its unique traditional snack: Qifengdu fish rice noodles.
The most crucial thing is the soup, which is made of various seasonings, including fish, ginger, garlic, chillies and tea oil. And the fish must be freshly caught silver carp. The spicy and fresh flavour makes Qifengdu fish rice noodles special and popular.
It is known that the authentic Qifengdu fish rice noodles are made from the local high-quality noodles, and the soup is made from the silver carp in Qihe River (also known as the Xihe River).
