Recently, the unveiling ceremony of the Judicial Protection Center for Lithium Battery New Energy under the People's Court of Linwu County, Chenzhou City was held in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Linwu County.
A framework agreement on protection and cooperation of the lithium battery new energy in Linwu county was jointly signed by several local departments.
The center integrates functions such as diversified resolution of conflicts and disputes, risk warning and prevention, and legal publicity and education, aiming to create a comprehensive, multi-level, and efficient judicial protection platform.
After the establishment of the center, Linwu Court will leverage this platform to open a “green litigation channel” for lithium battery new energy enterprises, guiding enterprises to seek diversified mediation methods to solve disputes. It will also offer judicial suggestions on problems encountered in industrial development, actively assisting in the healthy development of the lithium battery new energy industry.
Since 2023, under the guidance of the superior court, Linwu Court has effectively handled 49 lithium related cases before litigation, supporting Chenzhou’s lithium battery new energy industry to move towards the 100-billion-yuan goal with high-quality and efficient judicial services.
