It has achieved accelerated growth from technological breakthroughs to economies of scale through continuous innovation in the field of Bluetooth lithium-ion batteries, becoming a vivid practice of high-quality development of the county's manufacturing industry.

In the dust-free workshop of Yideng New Energy, with five fully automatic production lines in operation at high speed, micro batteries roll off the line after winding, film making, assembly, testing, and packaging.

At present, the company's daily production capacity is about 1 million units, and its products are exported to Southeast Asia and Europe.

It maintains stable cooperation with such brands as Xiaomi, Edifier, Hunan Voc Acoustic Technology, and Risuntek Inc. The production for orders has been scheduled until the middle of next year, and the annual output growth target is expected to exceed 20%.

Lyu Hanbing, assistant to the chairman of the company: “We are currently working overtime to produce a button type polymer lithium-ion battery from our client Xiaomi, which is expected to be fully delivered by the end of this month.”

The company, which adheres to innovation-driven development, has built a collaborative system of “research institute and industrialization”, and formed a full chain capability from core material research, battery cell design to large-scale manufacturing.After two years of research and development, the button type polymer lithium-ion battery has achieved an energy density increase of about 30% through new materials and processes.

At the same time, the internal resistance decreases and the cycle performance improves. It has been favored by many domestic brand customers and has brought over 40 million yuan in operating income to the company in 2025.

Lyu Hanbing, assistant to the chairman, said: “We have significantly enhanced product performance and brought considerable revenue to the company through new materials, new processes, and fully intelligent equipment. It’s expected to achieve a sales volume of around 150 million by 2026. Compared to this year, the sales revenue eill increase by 15% to 20%.”

The company has built a solid technological foundation through platform based capabilities. Against the backdrop of rapid development of smart wearable devices, it has broken through overseas market entry barriers with its technologies such as fast charging batteries and button batteries, becoming an important participant in the global TWS headphone battery field and improving product iteration and production capacity ramp-up.

The company's operating revenue exceeded 120 million yuan in 2025. As of now, it has 15 national invention patents and over 40 utility model patents, laying a solid technical foundation for future development.

Lyu Hanbing added: “Our company allocates 5% of its annual turnover to research and development. We will continue to increase R&D efforts to build our R&D platform and system, so as to continuously upgrade our products and make them more specialized and refined.”
