On October 28, the production workshop of Hunan Chenwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was bustling with activity in the Optoelectronic Industrial Park of Beihu District, Chenzhou City.

As the debugging of the final set of precision molds was completed, the “Neighborhood Supply Agreement” signed between Chenwei Intelligent Company and enterprises such as Zhongpei Optoelectronics and Danuo Technology in the park has officially taken effect.

The Beihu District Optoelectronic Industrial Park has established a localized collaborative network to achieve direct supply of battery raw materials and precision structural components among enterprises in the park.

Although the Beihu District Optoelectronic Industrial Park gathered a group of enterprises, there were still problems such as incomplete industrial chain and insufficient collaboration among enterprises, which restricted the overall development efficiency of the industry.

To overcome this bottleneck, Beihu District made a suppy and demand list for enterprises to accurately match upstream and downstream resources, and took leading enterprises as the driving force to promote the extension of the industrial chain.

At the same time, measures such as establishing industry guidance funds, forming industry associations, and optimizing logistics systems provide comprehensive support for industrial chain collaboration.

“In the past, molds needed to be customized in other places, with a lead time of up to 60 days or even several months. Now, within the park, they can be delivered in 35 days, increasing research and development efficiency by 70% and reducing costs by 30%,” said Yuan Kai, general manager of Chenwei Intelligent Company.

From mold development and raw material supply to accessory production and whole unit assembly, all links can be completed within the park, and enterprises can fully enjoy the cost advantages and synergies brought by the integration of the industrial chain.

From January to September, the company sold nearly 6 million units of Bluetooth speakers, smart remote controls, and other products, with a production value of nearly 80 million yuan. The production for orders has been scheduled until early next year.

From January to September, the total output value of the modern industrial system in Beihu District is expected to be 61.998 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.61%.

The year-on-year growth rate of industrial technological transformation reached 7.9%, and there were 5 new industrial enterprises above designated size. The added value of large-scale enterprises increased by 11.4% year-on-year.
