Ms. He, a new employee showed her colleagues the new bank card she received at the factory gate just in 8 minutes, full of excitement and surprise.

The Postal Savings Bank of China's Rucheng County branch in Chenzhou set up a “mobile counter” into the factory and issued bank cards for 200 employees in 26 hours.
“November is the peak production season every year, and this year we have recruited 200 new employees. However, I had been worried for several days about getting their salary cards. Previously, we would send 20 employees to the branch offices to handle card applications. Just the queuing process alone would take up most of the day. With fewer staff on the production line, the progress had to be slowed down,” said Mr. Li, a manager of Changying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
When the Rucheng Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China learned about the enterprise's card application needs, they immediately contacted the enterprise and proposed a detailed service plan within 24 hours. They also arranged professional devices and a service team, moving the “bank counter” directly to the company's workshop entrance.
During the period of card issuance, the bank staff also gave 3 “financial mini-classes”, providing over 200 employees with knowledge on preventing telecom fraud and safe card usage. They distributed 320 promotional leaflets and answered 32 questions.
Since the beginning of this year, Postal Savings Bank of China Rucheng Branch has provided on-site card application services for more than 20 local enterprises, covering over 2,000 employees and saving an average of 3 hours of processing time for each employee.
An executive of Postal Savings Bank of China said that in the future, they would continue to expand the service scope of “mobile counters”, so that more enterprises and people can enjoy convenient financial services at their doorsteps.
