Chenzhou Vocational College of Intelligent Science and Technology has reached cooperation with more than 50 enterprises such as Huawei, iFlytek, and UBTECH, providing a full chain development platform for cultivating highly skilled talents through the “order-based” training model.

The investment promotion project for artificial intelligence industry and education integration was signed at the matchmaking meeting for the development of artificial intelligence industry and education integration held in the college on April 18.

The college offers five cutting-edge majors, including intelligent robot technology, intelligent control technology, artificial intelligence technology application, unmanned aerial vehicle application technology, and cloud computing technology application.
It will establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the curriculum system, maintain close contact with industry associations and leading enterprises, and conduct research regularly to gain an in-depth understanding of the latest development trends of AI technology and the actual needs of the industry. The course content will be updated annually according to research results.

“We recruit highly educated professional talents with rich research achievements in the field of AI to enrich our theoretical teaching team, and hire senior AI engineers with high pay as part-time teachers to teach and guide practical projects regularly,” said Lu Lu, dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence.
The college has now formed school-enterprise alliances with multiple enterprises and reached out to more than 20 cooperation units with stable employment for each major. Enterprises will also deeply participate in the entire process of talent cultivation and cultivate more new-era craftsmen through their technological advantages.

“The talent and educational resources of the college attract us. We also hope to find a partner for deeper integration of industry and education,” said Li Mingjing, head of the education sector of Archermind.
The college has established three classes for Huawei, namely Generative Artificial Intelligence Technology Engineer Class, HarmonyOS Intelligent Network Connection Engineer Class, and Kunpeng Cloud Computing Engineer Class. More noteworthy is that Huawei and its ecological industry chain enterprises have already offered jobs to graduates in 2025 in advance.

“We will establish a shared training base, with enterprises providing equipment and projects, schools offering venues and manpower, and students conducting real project practice at the training base. Meanwhile, courses and teaching plans are customized according to the job requirements of enterprises, and students can work in the enterprises after graduation,” said Lu Lu.
