The Yizhang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has built a “15-minute employment service circle” through digital AI technology. It has provided 826 job opportunities, with more than 430 people reaching employment intentions, building a bridge between enterprises and job seekers.

It works with enterprises operating odd jobs courier stations to integrate intelligent terminals such as digital intelligence all-in-one machines and AI digital people based on the Zhipin Smart Platform, and create the “employment service wall” combining policy consultation, job recommendation, employment registration and other functions, achieving real-time updates of preferential policies and job positions.

Three AI digital people terminals have been placed in the core area of the county town, with a daily average of over 200 people coming for consultation.

Besides, live streaming job fairs have been launched on short video platforms, allowing job seekers to find employment without leaving their homes. Different groups of people are provided with suitable positions as well as skill training at the digital intelligence platform, with 2,000 people offered career guidance. Special recruitment activities have also been held for college students. A three-dimensional employment service system has been built online and offline.

What’s more, traditional employment services have been upgraded to the “smart employment” model by integrating digital technology, which has solved the information asymmetry. Three standardized “smart employment” service stations have been built throughout the county to promote the county’s employment service to enter a new stage of intelligence.
