Recently, Yizhang County and Lianzhou City of Guangdong Province officially signed a cooperation framework agreement to make “inter-provincial government service” available for real estate registration. The whole registration process can be done online, which can save time and economic costs for people.
The “inter-provincial government service” is realized based on the online “one-window service” platform of real estate registration in Hunan and the “Internet plus government service” integrated platform of Guangdong Province.
Starting with three high-frequency services such as personal inquiry, bank mortgage registration and advance-notice registration of developers, the two sides will further realize the “inter-provincial government services” of real estate registration in more items, with the modes of online service and agent service.
In the next step, the county will look for strategic partners and make all services able to be done, in a bid to meet the needs of market entities and the masses to handle real estate registration in different places, and further optimize the business environment.
