Linwu Duck

Linwu duck, one of the eight famous ducks in China, has a breeding history of thousands of years. Linwu duck grows in farmland, streams, ponds, reservoirs. It likes eating shrimps and playing in the mountains, so its meat is tender, delicious and nutritious. Because it is a unique duck breed in Linwu County, it has been listed as a royal tribute for thousands of years and is famous in China.

“Duck is essential at a feast" is a custom in Linwu County. A Linwu duck, from head to toe,  is made into a variety of delicious dishes by the Linwu people. Different parts such as duck lips, duck heads, duck meat, duck blood and so on can be cooked with different culinary methods.
