Recently, the innovative initiative of empowering “online services” with electronic seals implemented by Beihu District has been selected as a typical experience case for “one-stop government services” in Hunan Province in 2025.
In 2025, Beihu District, focusing on the difficulties faced by enterprises and the public in handling affairs, launched online services for the application, review, issuance and delivery of two frequently-used proof materials, namely “proof of ownership of self-owned property without real estate ownership certificate (self-built house)” and “medical certificate of death of residents (normal death at home)”.
Since its launch, it has issued over 300 types of certification materials online for enterprises and the public, eliminating the need for over 500 duplicate submissions. The processing time has been reduced from a few days to instant completion.
Next, Beihu District will continue to expand the types and scope of online proof materials, so as to improve the service for the benefit of more enterprises and the public.
