As a key enterprise in the electronic information industry of Guiyang High-tech Zone, Chenzhou City, it has adhered to innovation-driven development and lean production. Since the beginning of the year, it has seen steady progress in production and operation, with full orders and booming production and sales.

The company focuses on core products such as temperature sensors and thermistors, and deeply cultivates mainstream tracks such as home appliances and new energy vehicles.

It has long provided stable supply for well-known enterprises such as Gree, Midea, and BYD.

At present, the renovation of the company’s Phase III workshop has been fully put into operation. A total of more than 20 million yuan has been invested in the intelligent upgrading of equipment, which is equipped with an AI intelligent detection system to achieve accurate identification of product defects. This has significantly improved production efficiency and yield rate, and continuously enhanced development momentum.

Li Changbing, production manager of the company, said: “This year's orders are saturated, with about 60 million pieces at present. We are currently recruiting a large number of workers and hope that interested parties can come for interviews and join us.”

To further expand production scale, enhance overall production capacity, and meet the the continuously growing market demand, the company’s Phase IV project has now entered the decoration and construction stage.

The project is planned and built according to modern, standardized, and intelligent production standards.

After completion, it will effectively enhance the production line capacity and product supply capability, inject new momentum into the company's high-quality development, and help the enterprise achieve greater breakthroughs in industry competition.

Li Changbing said that the decoration of the Phase IV project is expected to be completed in April this year, and will officially start production in June. It is estimated to create 100 job opportunities and generate an additional output value of approximately 100 million yuan.

Recently, the company is advancing the research and development as well as industrialization of surface-mount type NTC thermistors. It continues to increase investment in technological research and development, constantly optimize product structure, and enhance its core competitiveness.
