‘Empress of China’ rhodochrosite

The largest rhodochrosite crystal, known as the empress of China, was discovered in Cangwu County of Guangxi in 2009. It’s the largest, single-crystal and best-quality rhodochrosite specimen ever found in China. It once amazed the 2011 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show in the United States. It looks like a charming red rose.
