Xiao Liang, executive deputy director of Chenjiang Laboratory, secretary of the Party Group and director of the Chenzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, presided over the negotiation.

Luo Jingli and his delegation visited Chenjiang Laboratory, gaining a detailed understanding of its infrastructure construction, development positioning, platform layout, and scientific research progress.

They also held a symposium with Chenjiang Laboratory on project advantages, application scenarios, and cooperation directions.

Both parties agreed that the research direction of the project is highly compatible and deeply consistent with the development of the non-ferrous metal industry in Chenzhou, making the cooperation timely and promising.

The first point is to strengthen linkage with concerted efforts. We should establish a regular consultation and promotion mechanism, open up channels for information sharing, integrate talents, technologies, platforms and other elements to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing and mutual benefits.

The second is to accelerate implementation with aligned actions. We should focus on key tasks, refine the cooperation plan, pool strengths and take targeted measures to promote rapid signing, speedy construction, early production of projects.

The third is to boost upgrading through joint problem-solving. We should deepen collaborative innovation and joint research, accelerate the pilot testing and industrial application of sci-tech achievements, and provide full-chain support for the transformation and upgrading of the non-ferrous metal industry.
