Wu Jupei, secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, led a delegation to Beijing, where he paid visits to central enterprises such as China Minmetals and China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd (CNMC) to coordinate relevant work and conduct investment promotion activities from April 12 to 13.

Chen Dexin, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and chairman of China Minmetals, and Wen Gang, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of CNMC, attended relevant activities.

During discussions with the main leaders of central enterprises, Wu Jupei, on behalf of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government, expressed gratitude for their concern and support for the development of Chenzhou.

He noted that Chenzhou now boasts a sound development landscape characterized by strong momentum, overall stability, a positive atmosphere, robust vitality and great potential. He hoped to strengthen exchanges and coordination with central enterprises, thoroughly study and plan cooperative projects, and expand cooperation areas. Chenzhou will continue to provide excellent services and create a favorable business environment for the development of central enterprises in Chenzhou.

The heads of the central enterprises said that they will concentrate on their core business and prioritize the construction of Chenzhou’s modern industrial system, deepen cooperation in areas such as the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and technological innovation, actively support the upgrading of Chenzhou's industrial development, and inject new momentum into the city's high-quality growth.
