Fan Lixin, secretary of the CPC Wulong District Committee, Chongqing City, led a delegation to conduct an inspection in Chenzhou City from April 8 to 10. They focused on such sectors as cultural tourism integration, ecological protection, industrial development and urban renewal to deepen exchanges and cooperation.

Wu Jupei, secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee, participated in the relevant activities.

During the inspection, the delegation successively visited the Mineral Expo Trading Center, Gaoyi Ridge, Feitian Mountain, Yuhou Street, Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park and Chenzhou Shunhua Fishery Co., Ltd. They gained a detailed understanding of Chenzhou's experiences and practices in ecological protection and utilization, development of all-for-one tourism, sustainable utilization of water resources, night economy, big data industry, and the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries.

At each stop, the delegation observed carefully, listened attentively and inquired in depth. They highly praised Chenzhou’s achievements in thoroughly implementing the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, promoting ecological restoration to empower cultural and tourism development, and strengthening local characteristic industries.

The delegation said that Wulong and Chenzhou are both blessed with abundant cultural and tourism resources, excellent ecological endowments, and compatible development concepts. Taking this inspection as an opportunity, they will further strengthen communication and exchanges, deepen practical cooperation, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the economies of both regions.
