After undergoing preliminary technical upgrades and system debugging, the daily processing capacity of the first phase of the production line has reached over 95% of the designed capacity.

Liu Guowei, general manager of the company, introduced that it is expected to start formal production in the first quarter of this year. To ensure the long-term stable supply of raw materials for the beneficiation plant, the company is working closely with upstream exploration units to conduct resource exploration throughout the mining area, promote the upgrading of reserves within the exploration rights, and lay the foundation for applying for large-scale mining construction projects.

This production line adopts the lithium resource comprehensive utilization technology independently developed by the company, successfully achieving efficient separation of feldspar powder and quartz powder.

This technological breakthrough not only improves resource utilization efficiency, but also expands new product tracks, promoting the construction of green mines and achieving economic benefits.“We are planning the construction of a comprehensive mineral processing production line with an annual output of 12 million tons,” said Liu Guowei. The new production line will focus on promoting intelligent mineral processing control systems and efficient flotation processes. The comprehensive recovery rate of mineral processing will be increased by 3.5% on the original basis, and the unit processing cost will be reduced by 8%.

At the same time, the company will establish a collaborative training mechanism involving enterprises, universities and research institutions to  build green and safe mines through technology.
