The project for the production of 20,000 tons of lithium-ion battery electrolyte and solid electrolytes per year of Hunan Huien New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is under construction.

At the project site, workers are busy with construction. At present, 70% of the project has been completed, and it is expected to be put into operation in March this year.

Li Gangyin, deputy general manager of China National Nanhai Engineering Co., Ltd., introduced that all workers ar professional technicians, including welders, electricians, and controllors, all of whom have rich experience and proficient operating skills.

At present, all production equipment and construction machines have been in place. The main materials required for construction have been ordered and are expected to be delivered in the next one or two days.

Hunan Huien New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly invested and established by Guangdong Huien Technology and Linwu Shunli Industry Fund. It is a vertically integrated technology enterprise that integrates R&D, manufacturing, and sales.

The lithium-ion battery electrolyte and solid electrolyte project with an investment of 200 million yuan adopts an automated DCS control system to achieve precise self-control of key processes.

To accelerate product marketization, the company has actively cooperated with key universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises such as Central South University and Hunan Normal University to promote technology research and process optimization, significantly shortening product research and development cycles, and laying a solid foundation for achieving output value breakthroughs within the year.

Gong Yongjun, general manager of the company, said that in 2026, the company will continue to deepen cooperation in this field, especially in the research and development of cutting-edge products.

Next, the company plans to prepare for R&D of carbon coated aluminum foil for semi-solid state batteries. If the project can be successfully implemented, the company will quickly advance the next stage of work.
