The Dongjiang Lake Wanka localized super intelligent fusion computing power cluster project of Shanghai Wutongshu High-tech Company settled in Zixing of Chenzhou City recently.

The project plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan in the Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park and build such sub projects concerning computing power application, computing power consumption, and computing power industry, which will be constructed in three phases. This marks a solid step forward for Zixing to build the “National New Data Valley”.

In recent years, Zixing City has fully utilized the advantages of Dongjiang Lake's cold water resources to accelerate the development of green intelligent computing industry, deeply promote targeted investment, and boost the convergence of industry data and social data in Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park, thus adding new strong momentum to the acceleration of the construction of Zixing's modern industrial system.

To build the big data industry into a new engine leading high-quality development, Zixing City has innovated its mechanism and actively promoted the industry chain chief system, with main leaders serving as the chiefs of the six industry chains in the city.

At the same time, the city has advanced the targeted chain investment promotion centered around six leading industries--big data, cultural tourism and health care, electronic information, green food processing, new materials, and new energy, focusing on key enterprises related to the upstream and downstream of the leading

industry chains, and targeting key areas such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta for investment promotion and business attraction.

From January to August this year, the city introduced 27 new projects for the six major industrial chains, including 24 projects with a total investment of over 100 million yuan each, with a total investment of 11.932 billion yuan.

The city has continued to strengthen service mechanism and provide thoughtful services for the projects.

At present, a number of major projects such as Dongjiang Lake Xinchi Computing Power Center, Jiuren Xinchuang Computing Power, Yuxia Intelligent Computing Center have been implemented in the city, forming a big data industry chain and further consolidating the agglomeration trend of the big data industry.

Zixing City focuses on building an industrial system with silicon materials as the main component and big data as the feature, and building a big data industry cluster.

It has now become an important growth pole for the high-quality development of the big data industry in Hunan Province.

The city's characteristic industrial chains such as big data, silicon materials, and Dongjiang Lake water industry have achieved fruitful results in targeted investment promotion.

In the first eight months of this year, the six major industrial chains achieved a total output value of 54.23 billion yuan and taxes of 950 million yuan, an increase of 23.6% and 14.9% year-on-year respectively.
