Hunan Huien New Energy Technology Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the lithium-ion battery electrolyte and solid electrolyte project with an annual production of 20,000 tons on September 28.

The project is jointly constructed by Guangdong Huien New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Linwu County Shunli Industry Fund. The project is mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of energy storage, power, semi-solid, solid, and digital and other multifunctional electrolytes.

The products cover many application fields such as overcharge prevention, high voltage, high capacity, flame retardant, and high rate lithium batteries.

At the same time, the company has established close cooperative relationships with several key universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises in positive and negative electrode materials in China, continuously strengthening technical support and industrial chain collaboration.

With a total planned investment of 200 million yuan, this project uses automated DCS control technology to achieve intelligent management of key links such as liquid level monitoring and interlocking, salt temperature self-control.

This process has broken through the technical and economic bottlenecks of traditional production modes, built a product quality consistency guarantee and a full process data traceability system. It is committed to creating a precision and highly automated high-end electrolyte manufacturing base. After the project achieves full production capacity, the annual output value can reach 500 million yuan.
