On August 5, in the new production workshop ( Phase III) of Ampron in Guiyang High-tech Zone, workers were busy with the production of temperature sensors.

This year, the county government, focusing on industries such as electronic information and new energy, has vigorously promoted the industrial development through technological empowerment, industrial cultivation and others, pushing the enterprises in Guiyang High-tech Zone to grow in an accelerated pace.  

Based on the local lithium mineral resources and the electronic information industry foundation, the county government has formulated an industrial project attraction and cultivation plan, clarifying development goals, spatial layout, and implementation paths, injecting new momentum into industrial upgrading.

At the same time, the “industrial chain chief system” was implemented, with the secretary of the Party Working Committee and the director of the Management Committee of Guiyang High-tech Zone serving as chain leaders for the new energy and new materials industry and the electronic information industry, respectively.

Around the industrial development plan, it has developed an industrial chain investment map to focus on the development of the industrial chain, and gathered 33 electronic information enterprises.

While planning for industrial upgrading, it has introduced incentives to support high-quality industrial development, encouraged enterprises to build high-level laboratories, technology innovation centers, pilot bases and other scientific research platforms, supported leading enterprises or chain leaders to play a leading role in the formation of high-level innovation consortia.

The county government continued to deepen the reform of government services optimization, established a three-level service mechanism, and solved existing problems in projects and enterprises. It also organized door-to-door service teams in the park to provide one-stop services for enterprises in the park.

This year, Guiyang county has 4 new provincial-level sci-tech innovation platforms. And from January to June, the operating income of enterprises from high-tech industries reached 22.95 billion yuan, an increase of 17.43%.
