A signing ceremony for Laiye Mysterious Realm Scenic Area and Yunyadu Luxury Campsite was held in Yongxing County on October 25.
This marks a crucial step for Yongxing County in enriching the supply of tourism products and promoting the upgrading of the cultural and tourism industry, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the county's economy.
The two projects, after multiple stages of preparation, including pre-investment negotiations, on-site inspections, and contract reviews, have a mature foundation for cooperation.
The Laiye Mysterious Realm Scenic Area is located around Shuangqiao Reservoir in Chayuan Village, Bianjiang Subdistrict, Yongxing County, with a planned total investment of no less than 30 million yuan and a planned area of 539 mu (35.93 hectares). It will build a variety of formats such as camping area and art center, with the goal of becoming a national 3A level tourist attraction within 3 years.
The Yunyadu Luxury Campsite is located in the Qingbutan Canyon of Bianjiang Village, Bianjiang Subdistrict, Yongxing County, with a total investment of no less than 50 million yuan and a planned area of 124 mu (8.27 hectares), focusing on high-end homestay inns and other characteristic areas.
