This year, the project of Yao stockaded village in Yanziyan Scenic Area of Mangshan Mountain, Yizhang County has taken shape. It integrates unique Yao banquet, Yao embroidery and Yao songs.
Inside the Yanziyan Cave in Mangshan, enthusiastic Yao people sing toasting songs, while tourists taste unique Yao cuisine. Outside the cave, wall paintings that show the scenery, agricultural culture, and traditional costumes of Yao people beautifully decorate Hakka courtyards, wind and rain corridors, and Yanlai Homestay Inn, with Yao cultural elements such as embroidery and long drums presented. The renovation of large and small caves, the arrangement of the Yao embroidery exhibition hall, the construction of Yao song stage, and cultural training on employees are being implemented simultaneously.
Mangshan Yanziyan is under overall improvement, which will allow tourists to immerse themselves in the unique charm of Yao culture.
