The main structure of the 248-meter super high-rise building at the JINMA Times Center in Chenzhou City was completed on June 29. It’s the highest building in Southern Hunan.
The JINMA Times Center is located in the Wuling Square commercial District of Beihu District, with a total construction area of approximately 320,000 square meters. It is positioned as a “new landmark for cultural and business travel in southern Hunan and northern Guangdong”, integrating A-level office building, commercial square, cloud sightseeing, high-rise residential buildings and other formats.
It will also introduce well-known brands such as Sheraton Hotel and Courtyard Hotel, which will greatly enhance the cultural and tourism reception capacity of Chenzhou.
Jinma has been developing in Chenzhou for many years. The first and second phases of Wuling Xintiandi operated by Jinma have high rental rates and strong consumption momentum.
