Jiahe section of Guijia Highway under construction

Photos taken on September 5 show the Jiahe section of the Guiyang-Jiahe Highway under construction. The project was launched in early September, and such sub projects as road milling, base reinforcement and new surface paving will be implemented. It will also improve the drainage system and traffic safety facilities. It will be completed in three months. Once completed, it will significantly enhance the road’s carrying capacity, and provide strong support for local transportation and economic development.
