During the Spring Festival holiday, while most people were immersed in the festive atmosphere of family reunion, the three employment stations in Chenzhou High-tech Zone remained brightly lit and bustling with job seekers.

To seize the golden recruitment period and effectively alleviate the post-holiday labor shortage for enterprises in the park, the three post stations stayed open for six consecutive days, operating 12 hours a day with round-the-clock services to help enterprises resume production at a faster pace.

“The Spring Festival is a peak period for recruitment and a critical window for  work resumption. Meeting enterprises’s labor demand is an important foundation for accelerating their development,” said an official from Chenzhou High-tech Zone.

In response, the park has made early arrangements. By making full use of three employment stations distributed in industrial parks and densely populated areas, it brought employment services closer to the enterprises.

Starting from February 22, the stations have been fully open, providing job seekers with warm services such as hot water, charging, and rest areas, turning themselves into a dream-realizing harbor for job hunters.

According to statistics, over the six-day service period, the employment stations  received over 600 job seekers and registered over 300 people with employment intentions.

Thanks to precise matching and efficient services, 187 job seekers reached formal employment agreements with enterprises, effectively filling the employment gaps of many key enterprises in the park.

This recruitment model has not only solved the urgent needs of enterprises, but also brought convenience and warmth to returning workers and those who stayed in Chenzhou for the Chinese New Year.

Next, the Comprehensive Service Center of Chenzhou High-tech Zone will continue to give full play to the role of employment stations, combine online and offline channels, build a more convenient and efficient platform for enterprises and job seekers, so as to help the park achieve a good start.
