98% of employees of Hunan Chenwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. returned to work on February 24 after the Spring Festival holiday, stepping up production for the order signed with Disney Company for fans before the festival.

In the company’s mold workshop, the intelligent mold opening equipment is in operation under precise programs.
Mold opening, as a crucial step in transforming product designs into molds for mass production, was previously mostly outsourced to Guangdong province by local enterprises, and molds also had to be sent back to the factory for maintenance and repair, which was costly.

Last year, Chenwei Intelligent invested in mold opening equipment, forming a complete industrial chain from innovative design, independent development of high-precision molds, to fully automated unmanned injection molding workshop, automated motor production workshop, SMT production, and full inspection and shipment of finished products.
With superior quality, it has obtained the sole authorization for the Disney brand in Hunan Province.

“Last year, the company invested in nearly 60 sets of fully automated equipment and mold room equipment, with a total value of over 9 million yuan. It also added more than 80 new employees. The annual output value reached 87 million yuan,” said Liu Hua, the production manager of the company.
Since the company started production in Beihu District in 2024, it has continuously developed 10 to 15 new consumer electronic products each year. It has successively established in-depth cooperation with well-known enterprises such as Sharp, Walmart and Philips.
The company mainly produces smart remote controls, microphones, Bluetooth speakers, humidifiers, and other products. Over 70% of its products are exported to countries in Asia, Europe, and America.

Currently, it has passed multiple authoritative industry certifications including ISO quality and environmental systems, BSCI social responsibility, and SQP quality management. It is accelerating its expansion in foreign trade, helping facilitate the internationalization of Chenzhou’s manufacturing.
Liu Hua said: “In 2026, the company will actively expand its overseas market by participating in global exhibitions, helping Chenzhou products go global. At the same time, we will deeply explore the value of local cultural tourism IPs and develop high-end intelligent tourism products that integrate the characteristics of Chenzhou.”
