The enterprises in Yizhang Economic Development Zone resumed work and production on February 24, working at full capacity for a good start in the new year.  

Hunan Pute Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, is the only polarizing film full process production enterprise in Hunan Province. Its polarizing film products are one of the core components of LCD and OLED displays in the new display field, widely used in LCD TVs, laptops, mobile phones, smart wearables and other fields.

In its production workshop, 5 intelligent fully automatic production lines are running at high speed, and employees are proficient in their respective positions. Products are continuously rolling off from the production line, meeting the needs of customers in various markets across the country.

“The production has been scheduled until May, with orders mainly from export-oriented enterprises in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. We will continue to expand the production capacity and complete the construction  of the second phase project before September. It is expected that the annual output value can reach 200 million yuan,” said Xie Zhansi, chairman of Hunan Pute Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. with confidence.

Labor-intensive enterprises are also fully exerting their efforts and moving forward at a rapid pace.

Hunan Yatushi Printing Co., Ltd., which officially moved into the park last year, added multiple production lines before the new year, realizing the full process of printing production and processing. The company's order volume has reached its peak in the first half of the year. More than 360 employees have been back to work since the resumption of work on

February 24. The good production environment, convenient working conditions, and generous welfare benefits have encouraged the employees to fully engage in the production activities in high spirits.

Hunan Yatushi Printing is the only enterprise in the province that can produce three-dimensional sound printed reading materials. It focuses on the processing of high-quality paper products such as children's three-dimensional books and children's card books, and its products are popular in domestic and foreign markets.

Next, the enterprise will start the construction of the second phase project to further expand the production capacity. After comprehensive stable production, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 500 million yuan, and it can provide employment for 1,000 people.

“We can produce over 40,000 copies per day and expect to produce over 13 million copies throughout the year, with an output value of approximately 170 million yuan,” said Zeng Zihan, deputy general manager of the company.

They would continuously innovate technology, increase recruitment, invest more in research and development, as well as production equipment, to effectively improve the production capacity.

The enterprises are busy with production, while the government provides excellent services. Yizhang Economic Development Zone has taken a series of measures to help the enterprises in the park to resume work and production quickly after the Spring Festival holiday.
