The new factory of Hongyu Toy Manufacturing Company in Qiaotou Township of Guidong County, Chenzhou City was officially put into production recently.

It has been transformed from a small family workshop to a standardized factory in just three years. Its annual output value has exceeded 6 million yuan, providing nearly 100 job opportunities for the local area and becoming a vivid example of rural industrial revitalization.

In the new factory located in Hongqiao Community with the standardized factory building covering an area of over 4,000 square meters, the production scene is truly impressive.

Compared with the old factory area, the new factory has not only expanded its production area, it is also equipped with complete facilities such as employee canteens and dormitories.

Through standardized management and technological upgrades, the production capacity and efficiency can be greatly improved.

Li Jianwei, chairman of the company, “Our new factory was officially put into use on August 1, and the new environment has been optimized, making the production workshop more standardized. At present, 10 high-frequency machines, automatic punching machines, and printing machines have been added to the production line, 50 new positions have been created, and 10 disabled people and 28 workers from impoverished households have been employed.”

The enterprise innovatively adopts a model involving customized workstation and specialized training to provide employment opportunities for special groups. Currently, disabled employees account for 15% of its total workforce.

In 2022, Li Jianwei, a young man from Shangyi Village, Qiaotou Township, returned to his hometown with a start-up capital of 2 million yuan and founded a company in Hongqiao Community, focusing on the production of PVC inflatable toys and children's educational products.

After three years of development, the company has transformed from a team of 30 people to a large-scale enterprise of 100 people.

The annual output value has significantly increased from 3 million yuan to 6 million yuan, showing strong growth momentum.

The rapid growth of the company is a vivid practice of Qiaotou Township’s effort to attract young entrepreneurs to return home to promote rural revitalization.
