Recently, Mr. Ai, the head of an engineering company in Chenzhou High-tech Zone, quickly completed credit repair under the voice guidance of the “AI intelligent credit repair assistant”. This is an example of the AI assisted credit repair assistant launched in Chenzhou benefitting the people.
For a long time, many enterprises have been hesitant to repair their credit due to complex processes, specialized policies, and cumbersome materials.
To address this challenge, the Business Environment Bureau of Chenzhou City, in collaboration with the Municipal Bureau of Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement and other departments, as well as China Unicom Chenzhou Branch, jointly developed and launched the first “AI Intelligent Credit Repair Assistant” in the province, which is now being piloted in the High-tech Zone.
The assistant can provide proactive services and precise guidance. Once the system detects that an enterprise meets the repair conditions, it will contact the legal representative through intelligent outbound calling, guide the enterprise to complete the entire process of identity verification, condition self-inspection, material preparation and submission through dialogue, and conduct intelligent preliminery review of the materials. It can also provide policy interpretation around the clock, lowering the professional threshold. The AI credit assistant also act as an “online legal service customer representative”. An official from the Municipal Bureau of Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement introduced that since the launch of the credit assistant, the efficiency of credit repair consultation and the quality of applications have significantly improved.
Preliminary statistics showed that after using this credit assistant, the first pass rate of credit repair application materials has increased by about 40%, and the average processing time has been reduced by more than 50%.
This not only provides an efficient channel for enterprises to rebuild their credit, but also optimizes the business environment.
An official from the Business Environment Bureau of Chenzhou City said that the next step will be to further improve the functions of the credit assistant, explore its access to provincial-level government platforms such as “Xiangyiban” to expand coverage, and deepen the application of artificial intelligence in credit monitoring, early warning and other scenarios, promote the construction of the “digital credit” system, thereby helping promote high-quality development.
