In recent years, the local government of Beihu District has dispatched 254 cadres to provide services for enterprises. Since last year, more than 600 problems and demands raised by enterprises have been actively resolved.

In early July, the enterprise service specialist of Chenzhou Land Port Industrial Development Center conducted a daily visit to Xiangnan Optoelectronic Industrial Park, learning that the dormitories in the park have to pay 1.2 yuan per kilowatt hour, which is the same as the price for industrial consumers. This resulted in high daily electricity costs for employees.

The service specialist responded promptly and sought solutions for it.

The center immediately contacted the state grid Beihu branch to replace the industrial power transformers with residential ones.

Now, the transformers are under installation. The residential electricity pricing will be implemented as soon as the installation is completed, which will then reduce the electricity cost for employees.

Li Lujuan, assistant general manager of Hunan Chenwei Intelligent Technology Company, said: “With the efforts of Baifu Group and the management committee, the problem of electricity consumption in employee dormitories has been solved, which can save 60,000 to 80,000 yuan in electricity costs for our company.”

Since the beginning of this year, based on the actual situation of the park, the Chenzhou Land Port Industrial Development Center has joined forces with the human resources and social security departments to solve the employment problems for enterprises.

Electric vehicle charging stations and groceries have been added to facilitate employee’s commuting and dining, further enhancing the attractiveness of enterprises in recruitment.

Since the beginning of this year, the center has been in contact with a public bus company to extend the bus routes No.8 and No.53 to the entrance of the park, and a catering enterprise has been introduced to solve the dining problem for employees. These practices have truly solved the urgent and difficult problems for the enterprises.
