First rime scenery seen on Huilong Mountain

Due to strong cold air, Huilong Mountain Scenic Area of Zixing City, Chenzhou welcomed its first rime scenery on November 18.

The unique mountainous climate of Huilong Mountain provides excellent conditions for the formation of rime. From November to February of the following year, when the nighttime temperature drops below minus 5 degrees Celsius, the water vapor in the mountain condenses into frost when it gets cold, which easily forms a rime landscape. This has also become a popular business card for local winter rural tourism.
