Chenzhou Vocational College of Intelligent Science and Technology is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People’s Government of Hunan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of China.
It’s managed by the people’s government of Chenzhou City, with a total planned land area of about 2,514 mu (1,676,000 square meters) and a total construction area of about 366,000 square meters. It houses over 150,000 books. The college is among the first to offer eight cutting-edge majors, including intelligent robot technology, intelligent control technology and social sports.
It focuses on the core areas of AI and robot technology, and cultivates highly skilled talents to meet the development needs of the industry.
It has a strong faculty, with 118 full-time teachers, including 19 professors and 12 associate professors. 53 have doctoral/master’s degrees and more than half are double-professionally-titled teachers. There are 25 part-time teachers who are technical experts from leading companies such as Huawei, UBTECH ROBOTICS, and iFlytek.
The college has formed alliances with more than 1,000 enterprises, and reached out to more than 20 cooperation units with stable employment for each major, creating a full chain service system to ensure high-quality employment for students.
