Kan Baoyong

Kan Baoyong, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1973 and is from Chengwu County, Heze City of Shandong Province. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1993 and began his first job in August 1996. He obtained a master’s degree in business administration.

He is now serving as deputy secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government.

Responsibilities

He is presiding over the overall work of the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government; he is responsible for finance and auditing work.
