Li Luosi

Li Luosi, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1972, from Zhuzhou, Hunan province. He began his work in June 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1990. He obtained an on-job postgraduate degree and a doctor of science.
He is now serving as a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Chenzhou City People’s Government, and vice mayor of Chenzhou City.
Responsibilities
He is responsible for science and technology, industry and information technology, park management, civil-military integration, electric power, communications, salt management, railway construction, airport construction, transportation and general aviation industry, postal administration.
