Peng Shengzhi

Peng Shengzhi, male, Han nationality, is from Linxiang, Hunan province. Born in January 1968, he started his work in June 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in February 1992. He got a bachelor’s degree in laws. He is now a member of the Leading Party Members Group of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government and vice mayor of Chenzhou City.

He is responsible for the work related to civil affairs, ecological environment, water conservancy, agriculture and rural areas, rural revitalization, veterans affairs, forestry, immigration, supply and marketing, meteorology, crude tobacco and cigarette, disabled persons’ federation, wellness.
