Xiao Yi

Xiao Yi, male, Han nationality, is from Yueyang, Hunan Province. Born in March 1980, he joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 2003 and began his work in July 2007. He obtained a doctoral degree.

He is now a member of the Leading Party Members Group of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government and vice mayor of Chenzhou City, Party secretary and director of Chenzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.

He is responsible for public security, judicial, petition work, as well as in charge of the petition work in the Liaison Office of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Government in Beijing and in the office of the Chenzhou municipal government in Changsha.
