Shanshui Yindu Hotel is a key project at both the county and city levels. Since the start of construction, workers have spared no effort to accelerate the progress. At present, the main structure is 80% completed, and it is expected to be completed before December 30.

At the construction site of the Shanshui Yindu Hotel project, workers are busy with such tasks as mold installation, wall masonry, and steel bar tying in an orderly manner in the scorching sunlight.

Chen Binjian, manager of the project, said, “we currently have 70 to 80 people working on the construction, and we will gradually increase the number according to different needs in the future.”

The project team has strengthened management and scheduling to cope with recent continuous high temperature weather.

With a total investment of 300 million yuan, the project covers an area of 35 mu (23333.33 square meters) and a total construction area of 58,000 square meters. It has 23 floors and is planned to be a comprehensive international hotel integrating high-end banquet halls, leisure and entertainment center, high-end office building, and star-rated guest rooms.

The project officially started construction on July 1, 2024, and 80% of it has been completed.

Chen Binjian said: “We have completed the construction of the foundation stage and the main body of the podium building, including the main structure of the banquet hall, atrium, KTV entertainment venue and other places. We are currently constructing the main body of the 16-story hotel, and the main structure is expected to be completed before December 30.”
