Chaping Yao Museum is located in Chaping Yao Village, Tangdong Subdistrict, with an exhibition area of 400 square meters.
The Chaping Yao Museum features the exhibition and performance of Yao historical relics and intangible cultural heritage. Rich historical relics and documents are on display, such as stone inscriptions, scriptures and books, genealogies, contract documents, and farming and hunting tools. Besides, some characteristic crafts and skills are taught and presented, including traditional songs and dances, martial arts, paper cutting, embroidery, Yao medicine, bamboo rattan weaving.
