24-Hour Self-service Libraries in Chenzhou
On Aug. 22, the author saw a new automated 24-hour self-service library appeared in Beihu Park and the installation workers were debugging the borrowing and returning procedures. In order to better develop civilized cities, Chenzhou Library has built two 24-hour self-service libraries in Beihu Park and Fudi Plaza. Citizens can handle library cards and borrow books by ID cards from those libraries.
