Recently, two data products of the First People’s Hospital of Chenzhou City, namely the rare disease research special disease database and the data set of diagnosis and hospitalization burden of elderly comorbidities, have been officially listed on the Hunan Big Data Exchange.

This marks the first breakthrough in the development and utilization of public data resources in Chenzhou, and also the first successfully listing and trading of public data products from a medical institution in Hunan province, providing an important reference for the assetization and value realization of medical and health data throughout the province.

These listed products have undergone strict security processing such as cleaning, desensitization and encryption, covering core data such as clinical diagnosis and treatment, disease monitoring and hospitalization burden.

With prominent scientific research and application value, they can serve fields such as new drug development, clinical decision-making and public health monitoring.

Since last year, the Data Bureau of Chenzhou City has comprehensively promoted the registration and authorized operation of public data, and promoting the transformation of “sleeping data” into production factors.

The First People's Hospital of the city was the first to complete the registration of 3 data resources and the listing of 2 data products, achieving a breakthrough in the marketization of data products in Chenzhou.

Next, Chenzhou City will continue to improve the circulation mechanism for data elements, promote the listing of more data products from key industries, and create an efficient and secure market-oriented ecosystem for data elements.
