To implement the “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Standardizing and Improving the 12345 Hotline Service”, smooth the channels for reflecting public opinion demands, and strengthen the functions of the hotline public service platform, the People's Government of Chenzhou City has established a convenient hotline system in which the mayor, deputy mayor, heads of municipal departments, relevant units of the central and provincial provinces stationed in Chenzhou, county-level and municipal governments, as well as major responsible persons of public enterprises and institutions answer the 12345 government service hotline.
According to the work arrangement, mayor Kan Baoyong will answer the municipal 12345 government service convenience hotline from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on January 6.
At that time, citizens are welcome to express their opinions and suggestions about the work of the municipal government, as well as personal issues that need to be addressed to Kan Baoyong.
There may be a large number of incoming calls during the time when the leader is answering calls. When the line is busy, citizens are suggested to reflect their demands through other lines, or through “Xiangyiban” or the official Wechat account of “Chenzhou 12345”.
