Establishing administrative law enforcement supervision contact points is an important lever for deepening the construction of a rule of law government and optimizing the business environment.
The contact points cover multiple fields such as architecture, technology, and commerce, including both physical enterprises in Chenzhou and industry organizations such as the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in Chenzhou.
Through “direct communication” between government and enterprises, it promotes the linkage between social supervision and professional regulation, standardizes law enforcement actions, reduces repeated inspections, and provides legal guarantees for enterprises.
This symposium provided a detailed explanation of the functions of supervisory contact points, clarifying their ability to supervise prominent issues related to enterprises such as random inspections, fines, closedown, and fees in administrative law enforcement.
Enterprises were also invited to participate in administrative law enforcement supervision activities. Representatives of participating companies actively provided suggestions about optimizing law enforcement processes and accurately implementing policies, stating that they will fulfill their responsibilities, and serve as a bridge between the government and enterprises.
